Usual breakfast this morning – toast, Flora and marmite. Leftover felafel for lunch.
Dinner – Tex Mex fajitas. A favourite of my wife – easy to do with a little chicken on the side for the meat eaters in the house. Delicious for all.

Pudding – rediscovered an old favourite Swedish Glacé. Vegan forever – soya based ice cream. V good it is still too.
