I’m doing Veganuary. As a huge lover of cheese, eggs, meat, fish this is as much for the challenge as anything else. Masochism, if you will. Also interesting to see what it’s like, in all senses. What are the good (and bad) vegan food products? Do you want or need them? How easy is it to be a vegan, albeit temporarily? What things do you really miss? What are the surprises? What do you learn? Does a big eater of meat and cheese lose weight/feel better/ get lower blood pressure etc eating like this for a bit?
Nothing that hasn’t been done and said before – but this is my take.
